Noodle Partners and the American Council on Education (ACE) are unveiling “ACE Engage” next week, a first-of-its-kind online professional learning platform designed to encourage collaboration and community amongst higher education professionals.
Leading up to next week’s launch at ACE 2019, Noodle Partners CEO John Katzman and ACE President Ted Mitchell will speak about the digital transformation of higher education at two other major higher education events.
March 5: SXSWedu (Austin, TX)
Panel Session: The Digital Transformation of Higher Education

The first stop on the industry-leading duo’s speaking tour is SXSWedu in Austin, Texas. Katzman and Mitchell will co-present as panelists along with UNC’s Paul Friga and UT Austin’s Mary Knight on a session titled The Digital Transformation of Higher Education. This panel will explore how innovative institutions are transforming postsecondary education through technology.
March 8: Noodle Partners Symposium (Philadelphia, PA)
Next is the Noodle Partners Annual Symposium, during which more than a dozen of Noodle Partners’ university partners will gather and discuss trending topics in online learning, from student support best practices to artificial intelligence-driven immersion tools. Katzman will be joined by colleagues from leading market research firm Entangled Solutions as keynote speakers of the event.
March 10-12: ACE 2019 (Philadelphia, PA)
The ACE Engage Experience Lounge will showcase real-time demos of the new platform for ACE members, facilitated by leaders from both the ACE and Noodle Partners. The lounge will be open all three days of the conference on Level 5 outside salons A-H.
Mitchell and Katzman will co-present a panel titled Digital Transformation and the Future of Higher Education Leadership on Sunday, March 10th. Katzman will then lead a session on Tuesday, March 12th titled How Should You Spend Your University’s Money: Using Data to Inform Strategic Finance Conversations Between Presidents and Boards.
