Noodle 2022 Year in Review

2022 was a year of growth and change for Noodle, with notable new university partners and programs, newly formed strategic partnerships, and a more flexible offering that allows universities to deploy Noodle technology and services campus-wide.

As we look back on the past 12 months, we celebrate the following highlights:

Partner, Program, and Student Growth and Successes

  • We enrolled 3,100 new students across all Noodle-supported programs

  • 360 students graduated from our programs

Corporate Growth and Successes

  • We formed a partnership with EdAssist by Bright Horizons to offer their more than 250 clients, who represent the nation's leading employers and seven million adult learners, access to Noodle's high-quality education offerings from its roster of university partners

  • Chief Strategy Officer Lee Bradshaw interviewed 8 more of the "Most Interesting People in Higher Ed", including David Baron, Natalie McKnight, Levent Yarar, Joey Gawrysiak, Cameron McCoy, Michael Sorrell, Craig Boise, and Raj Echambadi

Culture

  • When surveyed, nearly all Noodlers (97%) said Noodle demonstrates and shows its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (our year 1 DEI retrospective is on the way)

  • Noodlers gushed about Noodle:  “Noodle genuinely cares. About their employees, about their students, about the world. I feel honored to be a part of this great company.”  And “So many companies talk about taking care of their people or being a family, but Noodle has constantly given its employees every opportunity to succeed inside and outside of work.”

That’s a wrap for 2022.  We have a few big announcements in early January 2023 and several planned in the first half of the year, including our first University to Employer (U2E) partner, so stay tuned.
