Sam is the Senior Vice President, University to Employer, leading our team focused on healthcare and workforce solutions to recruit and retain talent. Sam is a physician with experience in healthcare innovation, management consulting, and clinical research. He focuses on building healthcare partnerships with a focus on alleviating the crisis in clinical staffing.

Prior to Noodle, Sam worked as a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group’s healthcare practice across a variety of verticals including for government and large healthcare providers.

Sam holds his Doctor of Medicine (MD) with a distinction in research from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa with his Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University and received a Master’s from Tsinghua University as a Schwarzman Scholar.
