William (“Bill”) is Chief of Partner Solutions, where he leads performance-driven solutions. Prior to Noodle, Bill co-founded Meteor Learning. As the CEO, he led Meteor’s strategic direction while delivering value to Meteor Learning’s Partners and building a culture of innovation. Bill is a proven, innovative, and visionary leader with in-depth experience in education, technology, data and analytics, and services.

Bill founded Meteor Learning from Cengage Learning, where he was an Executive Vice President, overseeing the successful development and launch of MindTap. He also conceived and led the development of Cengage Brain, a first-of-its-kind direct-to-consumer educational channel. Bill was President of Canada’s largest K20 publisher, Nelson Education. Bill was a Partner of The Parthenon Group, advising some of the most successful education players in the market, focused on strategy, profit improvement, growth and innovation, and mergers and acquisitions. Bill has served on Boards including IMS Global Learning, Course Smart, May Institute, Meteor Learning, and Nelson Education. Bill holds a BA from Connecticut College, and an MBA/MSIA from Carnegie Mellon University.
