Donna Ritchie

Senior Vice President, University to Employer

Donna Ritchie is the Senior Vice President, University to Employer, at Noodle and drives innovative services that strengthen the linkage between higher education and employers for talent acquisition and talent development.

Prior to joining Noodle, Donna was a Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Meteor Learning where she focused on operational excellence and growth across both employer and B2C channels and led program strategy and operations for over 35 programs.

Earlier in her education services career, Donna served a variety of K-12 and higher education curriculum and technology companies through her market research firm, K-20Research. Donna was previously Vice President of Financial Operations for Global Product Development and Publishing Operations at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt where she managed all K-12 product and platform investments and drove financial operations and strategy for the technology and content development teams worldwide. Donna began working with K-12 and higher education institutions and companies as a Principal at The Parthenon Group (now EY-Parthenon). Donna holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania in Economics and Japanese where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and an MBA with Honors from Harvard Business School.
