Senior Managing Director, Student Support and Retention

Lauren serves as Senior Managing Director of Student Support and Retention at Noodle. In this role, she leads strategy and operations focused on keeping students engaged and on track toward completion. She works closely with university partners to design support systems that respond to real student needs and translate into measurable retention and re-enrollment gains.

Lauren’s tenure at Noodle has spanned multiple roles, including student coaching and team operations, culminating in her current leadership position.

She brings a strong track record of driving growth and optimizing operations, with particular strength in data-driven strategy and scalable program design. She’s known for building collaborative teams and turning insight into action that moves the needle for students and partners alike.

Prior to Noodle, Lauren worked at InSource Services Group and Georgia Southern University, where she began her career in student support as an academic advisor. She also spent several years teaching and leading academic departments at the K-12 level. Lauren holds a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Leadership from Maryville University of Saint Louis and a Master of Education in Teaching and Learning from Georgia Southern University.
