Senior Enrollment Advisor

I was born and raised in Russia in the southern town of Novorossiysk. I graduated from Law School and worked for two years as a criminal investigator for the Transport Prosecutor’s Office. During that time, I realized how important it is to be proficient in  English as well as the importance of being able to travel the world and have experiences outside my normal comfort level in order to grow.

At the age of 23, I arrived in Los Angeles, CA to attend an English as a Second Language school, and I quickly realized how important furthering one’s education truly is. Learning new skills gave me a feeling of accomplishment and confidence, and I felt as if I were on a path to success. At that time, I made the decision to stay in the U.S.  and gain as much experience and knowledge as I could.

Eventually I was fortunate enough to find a job where I could help other students to achieve their goal and even change their life. For two years I worked as an Admissions Counselor for The Pepperdine School of Law for the online Master’s of Legal Studies and Dispute Resolution. Talking to students about the benefits and outcomes of the program made me interested in learning more myself. As a result, I decided to enroll in the program and graduated from Pepperdine with a Master’s in Legal Studies with a concentration in Dispute Resolution. Upon receiving my degree, I sought a related position and still found myself going back to Higher Education to start a position in Enrollment with Noodle Partners. I love helping students, especially those with different backgrounds, to overcome fears and be open for more opportunities whether it’s for their career or for their life. I live in Denver, CO and in my free time practice and teach professional belly dance.  I am also a certified mediator.
